In our era, getting information is too easy, and finding people on the same wavelength is too simple. But because of that, people also become like clothes: used when needed, thrown away when not. And yet we crave deep connection so much. This era gives us fewer and fewer chances to build that kind of depth, and so more and more people become empty. You get what you wanted, and then what? It cannot change the emptiness of this searching. It cannot change the lack of connection.
